They did a really good job. 1. Their quote was accurate. There were no hidden costs. They were less expensive then the other two air conditioning companies we had out to give us a bid.
2. They were on time and efficient. It took about three days. They did have to come back for the inspection, which took two tries to get approved based on little things.
3. They were quite clean.
4. Most impressively, they got a variance from the City of Long Beach to put the compressor in a location the other companies who came out to give us bids said was impossible based on the code. It really was the based place to put it to minimize sounds for everyone.

Where do I begin? We needed our AC replaced, the thought of having to get quote after quote was not sitting well with me especially since everyone's fee is at least $100 just to come out to assess the situation. I took to Yelp, found Southwest HVAC, and let their rating do my deciding. They came out gave us an estimate. Although they were the only ones we called, we did some research on pricing and they still came out on top.We had a little hiccup with communication after we received our estimate, Julio came out immediately to straighten things out. He explained everything thoroughly and what options we had. The customer service was very impressive and he really put us at ease. The trust was there and the decision was made to look no further.
Alex and William came out to do the replacement. These guys were nice, polite, professional, knowledgable, and very prompt. Job very well done. ...

Luis and Johnny were super efficient. They were super fast on taking care of my AC issue . Appointment was done in a timely matter . I'm super shocked they did it so fast explained all the process truly and while working on it . Showing me everything. Answering every question I had . Thanks again guys . Highly recommended.
