SERVICING LOS ANGELES & ORANGE COUNTY FOR OVER 10 YEARS

I only write reviews for the best and the worst and I have to say this company is the best!! After waiting 9 years to finally install central air and heating I met with several companies, but after comparing them all South West price was the best. But it went further than that Luis was the reason I went with the company. He explained all the benefits and services they provided and even when i procrastinated he kept in touch. Well needless to say I had it done, I told him I wanted his best crew and although he said they we all good, I have to say Alex{Pee Wee} and Willie {Will} went above and beyond my expectations...my home, a Spanish style has a flat roof and the space in there is so small I couldn't imagine it could be done...but Willie got in there[Amazing}. I cant give any higher recommendation than I can with Southwest, Luis, Alex and Willie #1 A++ And just to show you how awesome these guys are...I encountered a short with the 80 yr old wire to my doorbell and the Supervisor Edwin put on his protective gear and went up in that tight attic to help resolve the issue. These guys are Golden!!

After owning a house for 4 years, its our first time servicing our central heat unit when it went bad. I am usually very skeptic picking my contractors but end up going with Southwest due to the reviews. Ryan was on time and very courteous (he even made sure to put on a shoe cover so he does not step in with dirty shoes).
Southwest HVAC is an honest company and will def use them again if anything goes wrong....hopefully not anytime soon. They accepted our yelp voucher honestly and didn't try to pull some strings....overall very satisfied and keep up the honest work guys!

There's a reason why this company has a 5 star rating. There that good! Julio and his team at Southwest are very professional, communicative and priced right.
We initially had our complete system installed in 2013. They were the only company that said it could and would install it in our attic. (Low clearance) Loved that as we wanted to avoid putting the unit on the roof! Signed up for the service plan as well.
The system acted up a couple times and they were very fast to respond, fitting us into the schedule, on the same day, for the most part.
Have referred them to a few friends and they've been pleased with their work as well.
If your in need of HVAC service, look no further!
