These guys were amazing! My AC was not cooling anything. I called on a Wed during an awful heat wave, they came out the next day. There were a few issues with my unit, and I had to leave it turned off for a night, but they were right back the next day at exactly the time they said, no appt window the next day. They knew my dog and I were miserable, and they got the unit to cool down the house in no time. I will always call these guys first!!!

The original installation and service was great. I ran into a customer service snafu that resulted in a negative Yelp review. Within one day I received a call from the general manager who wanted to correct the situation. He allowed me to explain what happened, sincerely apologized for the problems I had encountered. He reiterated that current and existing customers were to be the priority for his business. They sent their senior technician to my home within 60 minutes of speaking to me, who helped solve the problems I was having with airflow. I feel reassured that I hired a great company that not only does a great job, but that listens to its clients.

After much research and many quotes, we landed on Southwest HVAC to install our AC! The previous owner had installed heat but no AC so we had to work around what was already there- Tommy came within the promised time window, listened to our concerns and walked us through our options in great detail with visual aids! Not only does this company not take a cent until the job is done, but they have helpful warranties and a promise of response time within 24 hours whenever an issue arises! Tommy had a chance to prove this responsiveness during the installation- due to some confusion with city regulations, the technician and workers placed the unit in the wrong place and Tommy came back at the end of a very long day to talk us down and then had a crew back out first thing the next morning to move it where it needed to be! Hoping we don't have so many problems in the future to keep testing that, haha, but it feels good to know we have a project manager who has our back, takes our calls, and shows up for us!
